~All classes are as regularly scheduled this month.
~I can not express the importance of regular class attendance. It is even more important since we are learning our recital dances. Please make every effort to get your child to class every week, it is important to them and to the other kids in their class. If your child is in a higher level class and has missed more than 2 wks they will need to have a private lesson to catch up on what they have missed.
~ policy for studio closing: Please call the studio if school is closed because of bad weather. We will leave an outgoing message by 2:30 if we will be closed or open. Typically if school is closed for bad weather we are too, but please double check
~Jan. 20th our dance company Feet of Grace will have their first performance. All are welcome and encouraged to come. It will gives the younger students an oppurtunity to see our older, advanced students perform. Also, all proceeds will go to Konner Rommerskirchen, an 8 yr old boy who has been diagnosed with inoperable brain tumors. Please come out and support our dancers and bless a young boy and his family.
~All tappers: reminder all tap dancers need to have tan tap shoes by recital.
~Costumes: Balance due reminders will be going out, all costumes will be handed out once we receive them and all costumes have been paid for.
Important Dates
Recital pictures: April 28th . You are not required to order any, but we do a group picture and individual pictures if you would like them. Times tba. We have a new photographer this year, we will be sending out flyers to explain costs, etc.
Recital dress rehearsal and performance: May 18th and 19th at Greenville High School Auditorium. The rehearsal is closed. (Meaning, only “moms” who are helping with costume changes, etc, may attend.)
